Jany Perez Seibane

Jany was born in Cuba where her father was a trained engineer with a natural talent for problem solving and dispute resolution, and her mother was a distinguished real estate lawyer and housing judge from Havana. Jany’s parents left their careers behind and immigrated to Central Florida for a better life; her father became an entrepreneur in the transportation industry, and her mother founded a real estate brokerage.

Jany has always excelled in academics. She graduated from high school in only three years as valedictorian and later graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree In Legal Studies; she received the coveted Order of Pegasus Award, an honor granted to the single highest-achieving student in each degree program.

While in law school, Jany served as an intern for the Office of the Federal Defender for the Middle District of Florida, authored a thesis on the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, and was accepted into the law school’s Immigration Clinic as a student representative practicing immigration law under the direction of a well-respected faculty member. During these years, she was reminded of the difficulties and harsh realities the American immigration system brought to bear on families and businesses attempting to enter the United States to live or do business.

After graduating law school near the top of her class, Jany quickly obtained her real estate license and took her mother’s real estate brokerage to scale with a foray into the REO/foreclosure market. Today, that brokerage services some of the nation’s largest banks and serves as one of Central Florida’s leading REO agents. Jany’s real estate colleagues applaud her relentless drive to succeed and her uncanny business sense.

In 2014, Jany launched Seibane Law to service the needs of foreign investors seeking immigration visas, international entrepreneurs looking to expand or launch a business in the United States. For the next four years, Jany worked closely with property owners, investors, and landlords, helping them to navigate the harsh business and real estate climate in the US. She has since expanded her practice to work with multinational manufacturers, foreign private investors, domestic LLCs with foreign partners, and domestic for-profit corporations.

In 2018, Seibane Law grew to become SK&A, through which Jany continues to serve business owners, property owners, financial institutions and foreign investors alike in the areas of real estate and business law.
